I have 2 tickets on Southwest Airlines that I'm not going to be using. They are good anywhere Southwest flies. My brother also has 5 tickets that he isn't going to be using either. If anyone is interested in purchasing them, let me know via blog/e-mail/phone/fax/pony express, etc. We are both asking $225 per ticket.

HOW COULD THIS BE?
They have the same dental hygiene habits (not great)
They eat the same things.
One has 6 cavities, well actually 7 if you count the tooth that is so full of decay that it needs to be pulled.
AND
The other has 0.
How is this possible?
I'll tell you how...
One has their mother's teeth and the other has their father's!
Sure wish they both had their father's - it'd be a lot less expensive!!

3 LITTLE ROCKERS
Camp Rock soundtrack
Hannah Montana songs
Cindi Lauper's Girls Just Wanna Have Fun (Yes, if you are girl who was a teenager in the 80's you know you love this song. I have fond memories of having big poofy hair and driving around in my friend Erin's Nissan Pulsar to this song.)
Crush by David Archuletta
Pocketful of Sunshine by Natasha Bedingfield
After 3 hours of song Camille asks Daren, "Dad are you sad that you are the only boy in the car?" Sometimes was his reply. I could see the wheels turning in his head. I think his thoughts went something like this:
SPORTS RADIO---WHERE ARE YOU???? Well, I better enjoy this now because 10 years from now I'm going to have to be at the mall with these 3. I'll be walking around the mall with "That Look" - ya know the look that all men at the mall have---How much longer and how much is this costing me? I guess this is cheaper, annoying but cheaper.
He is such a good girls dad! He just patiently drove, laughing and keeping the eye-rolling to a minimum while the 3 little girls enjoyed being cute, little girls.
Best part of the trip was coming home to find a box of Godiva chocolates (my absolute faves) from my sweet sister-in-law from Maryland. She sent me chocolates to thank me for coming to help her. I should be the one sending her the box of chocolates. She deserves them WAY more than I do.
We were home for all of 30 minutes when Abby threw up. Maybe it was all that music!

NEW HEROES
I have several family members and friends who have all boys. I'm talking they have 4 or more boys and no girls. Julene, Melissa, Nicole, Jami, Valerie...you are all my new heroes! I don't know how you do it! I've noticed one thing in common with all of them....NOTHING RATTLES THEM! A complete circus could be going on in their house and they are all as calm as can be. It's amazing to me and I wish I were more like them. Thanks for being a great example to me!
I miss those sweet little babies. I can still hear their cute newborn noises in my head at night and their cries. Nothing is more precious than a newborn baby.
Thanks Cade and Julene for letting me share your joy!

PRIVILEGE
The older 3 boys are snug as a bug in a rug in their beds.
Their mom is asleep - or better be.
All is quiet - for now.
The aunt (me) just finished cleaning the family room and kitchen.
The aunt is tired but can't seem to get enough of those newborn babies - their smell, their soft little heads, even their spit-up. PRICELESS!!
Can't stop thinking of when and how I'm going to manage to get back out here and SOON before those babies aren't newborns anymore.
What a privilege it has been to be here this week! 5 boys under 4 - Julene you are my new hero!
Pictures soon!

WARDROBE MALFUNCTION
1 hour before the recital-Camille's tights have a hole in them. After 3 frantic phone calls to kind neighbors only to discover nobody has tan dance tights, Daren rushes to store #1 but they didn't have any tan dance tights. Then, he drove across town to the dance store and bought new tan tights. Meanwhile, I am doing to the finishing touches of hair and make up.
30 minutes before the recital (and at the recital hall)-Camille's new tights have a hole in them. Then Abby says, "Look at my knee I have a hole in my tights!"
15 minutes before the recital-Abby turns her tights around so the hole is on the back portion of her leg. Just as I am helping her with her tights, my wedding ring snags another hole in her tights.
Performance time-Abby's 1 month old tights have 2 holes in them and Camille's 1 hour old tights have 1 hole in them.

SUMMERTIME FUN
Abby was very brave and went off the diving board several times but it took Camille some time to warm up to the idea. But she eventually did!
After several fun days in Arizona, the girls spent the weekend with more cousins in Cedar City. When I went to pick them up this morning, they were in tears and refusing to leave because they were having so much fun playing with their cousins.
The worst part of this week was that my car broke down in Scipio, Utah - population 300. It is still there by the way and Daren is heading out soon to tow it home. We still don't know what is wrong with it and I'm quite stressed about it. I have NEVER EVER had any sort of problems with it so I'm perplexed as to its untimely demise. We were heading to Las Vegas when "The Incident" happened. A few days before the trip, Jiffy Lube changed the oil and I'm wondering if something went awry. We will wait to see what the mechanic has to say on Friday. If it is Jiffy Lube.....it will NOT be pretty!!
